Terms and Conditions of Use, as of 02/04/22
General Terms and Conditions:

Agreement to these terms is implied on you receiving the Barrier Fob/ANPR VRN Digital Token.

Barrier Fob/ANPR VRN Digital Tokens must not be shared for business purposes.

In order to keep Barrier Fob/ANPR VRN Digital Token active it is recommended they are used at least every 6 months. Any Barrier Fob/ANPR VRN Digital Token that have not been used for more than 12 months may be deactivated.

Please do not allow tailgating at the barrier. Allow the barrier to shut behind you before moving off if you believe you are going to be tailgated.

Lost or stolen Barrier Fob/ANPR VRN Digital Token:

If your Barrier Fob/ANPR VRN Digital Token is lost or stolen, you must inform us by emailing barrier@rowleypark.net

To replace a lost or stolen Barrier Fob/ANPR VRN Digital Token you will be asked to pay a charge to cover part of the costs of making the replacement. This charge is currently £50.​​

Problem Barrier Fob/ANPR VRN Digital Token:
If you have a problem using your Barrier Fob/ANPR VRN Digital Token please report the issue as follows:

Barrier Fob/ANPR VRN Digital Token which are damaged or faulty can be replaced but you will be charged at the current rate. Any faulty Barrier Fobs within 6 months of purchase will be replaced free of charge

Leaving Rowley Park:

If you leave Rowley Park you should give your Barrier Fob/ANPR VRN Digital Token to the new owners of your property. If you do not give the Barrier Fob/ANPR VRN Digital Token to the new owners it will be deactivated.

Rights of Rowley Park Owners:

We reserve the right to withdraw all Barrier Fob/ANPR VRN Digital Token, suspend some or all of the facilities or replace the Barrier Fob/ANPR VRN Digital Token with one or more alternatives, without prior notice.
