Dear Residents,

Please be advised that the annual park closure will take place on Sunday, 8th December as part of our maintenance of its private status.

Key Details:

• Closure Time: 07:00 hrs to 19:00 hrs

• Access Control: A security company will manage access at the three park gates throughout the day.

⚠️ Important Note:While access to the park will not be entirely prevented, it is a legal requirement to "close" the park once a year to ensure it does not become a public right of way.
