FAAC White Barrier Clicker | Decommission

Dear Residents,

Following our previous communications, we've now fully decommissioned the old red/grey fobs.

This move is part of our ongoing efforts to enhance the security and efficiency of our barrier system, which we've always aimed for.

During this transition, we found that some older white fobs were also connected to the system we've now switched off. We sincerely apologise for any unexpected inconvenience this might have caused – we weren't aware of this crossover until now. Since these white fobs can be easily duplicated, they don't quite align with our long-term security objectives for the barrier.

To get you set up with the most reliable access, please register for the new ANPR system by emailing barrier@rowleypark.net. Once your details are in, your vehicle's number plate will operate the barrier instantly.

We'll also personally deliver a new fob for the updated system to you.
