🌳 Rowley Park Committee Update – Barrier Access Changes

Dear owners and residents,

We’re now moving into the next stage of our long‑planned barrier upgrade. From 31 December 2025, the white FAAC barrier fobs will be fully decommissioned. After this date, they will no longer activate the barrier arm.

What to do if you still use a white FAAC clicker/fob ?

If you currently use a white FAAC handheld remote clicker/fob (pictured above), please contact us by email at barrier@rowleypark.net We’ll arrange for your fob to be exchanged or your number plate to be added to the ANPR system.

This change is part of a security improvement plan that has been in progress since 2022. The new system ensures that only residents can access the barrier, while also making entry easier through Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR). Alongside ANPR, residents can continue to use either:

  • white plastic swipe card (credit‑card style), or

  • black handheld remote clicker with a small green triangle.

These are the most up‑to‑date access methods, and if you already have one of them and your vehicle is registered with ANPR, you don’t need to do anything. Your access will continue as normal.

ℹ️ More information

We shared details of this plan from earlier years both online and via hand delivered letters, and you can revisit those updates here:

Thank you for your cooperation as we continue to improve security and convenience for all Rowley Park residents and owners.

Warm regards,

Rowley Park Survey Committee
