Notice for Residents of Lawn Road and Rowley Avenue

NOTICE OF EXCAVATION WORKS

MJ Quinn, a subcontractor for BT Openreach, will be carrying out excavation works to facilitate the installation of full fibre broadband to residents on this side of the Park.

The works are scheduled to take place on during next week, commencing 22nd September.

Locations of Works:

1. Back Lane of Lawn Road (West End):

   • The works will not encroach on the Rowley Avenue carriageway.

   • However, access to the back lane from this end of the road will be restricted during the day of the works.

   • Residents of 1 Lawn Road may wish to consider parking vehicles on the road in advance to avoid disruption.

2. Grass Verge between 15/16 Rowley Avenue:

   • Excavation will take place on the verge at the base of the telecom post.

   • No obstructions to residents are anticipated while this work is carried out.
