Updated Notice for Residents of Lawn Road and Rowley Avenue

NOTICE OF EXCAVATION WORKS

Date of Works: Thursday, 23rd October

Time: 8:00 p.m. – Midnight

Contractor: MJ Quinn (on behalf of BT Openreach)

MJ Quinn, a subcontractor working for BT Openreach, were unable to complete their planned works on the back lane of Lawn Road on 22nd September. These works have now been rescheduled to take place out of hours on Thursday, 23rd October, commencing at 8:00 p.m. and expected to be completed by midnight.

Location of Works

• Back lane of Lawn Road (West End)

• The works will extend into the Rowley Avenue carriageway, causing temporary disruption to vehicle access.

• The contractor will maintain controlled access and egress for vehicles, though short waiting periods may be required while excavation is underway.Please note that access to the back lane from this end of the road will be restricted during the works.

Residents of 1 Lawn Road may wish to park vehicles on the road in advance to avoid inconvenience.
