Dear all,
Let me introduce Kori Construction, who are the principal contractor constructing the Abora (formerly Avery) Care Home development on Rowley Bank.
The Rowley Park Committee and Mr & Mrs Dodd met with Kori Construction yesterday, 3rd October 2025, for a project kick-off meeting. Construction is progressing well and is expected to complete in Q1 2027.
Kori wanted to reiterate to Park residents that they are committed to being a considerate neighbour and to keeping local residents informed throughout the duration of their works. Their goal is to maintain transparency, minimise disruption, and ensure you always know what’s happening on site.
