Planning Notice: Land Off Brunswick Terrace

We would like to inform you about a recent planning application submitted to Stafford Borough Council on 11th December 2024. The application proposes the erection of 95 residential dwellings (66 private and 29 social plots) with road access from Brunswick Terrace and pavement access from Wolverhampton Road.

We encourage residents, particularly those on Crescent Road, to review the details of this proposed development (see Documents section).
