Avery Carehome Planning Committee Meeting - 25th September
Dear Residents,
We wanted to bring to your attention recent correspondence received from Stafford Borough Council regarding the upcoming Planning Committee Meeting, scheduled for Wednesday, 25th September 2024 in relation to Avery carehome development, consisting of the demolition of the two vacant care homes and redevelopment of the site to provide a new care home at 47 & 48 Rowley Bank.
Stafford Borough Council have only sent this to residents of Rowley Park that are directly affected or have engaged regarding the development in the past. The Park Committee however, believes it’s important that everyone is informed and therefore have taken this action to post.
